Loan requests for 2026, should be sent at least nine months prior to the exhibition opening (six months for single works within Finland).
A loan request, including the purpose of the loan, together with an exhibition concept and exhibition dates, list of works with FNG inventory numbers and a Facility Report, shall be addressed digitally to the Museum Director of each museum and to the Collections Management Dept.
